William Plaza has been one of the backbones for the Redfish througout their inaugural season. Plaza has been with the Redfish from spring training and baring fatigue or injury, he has been behind the plate catching for the Redfish nearly every game. Plaza has been one of the most consistent hitters in the South Coast League as has kept pace with the league's best hitters. Currently, Plaza is batting .330 and is 5th best in the league.
